Title IX Investigator and Decision Maker Training Dates

Last month, we offered a Title IX refresher training. Next month, we are offering two additional Title IX training sessions:

• September 17, 2026 at 1:00 pm (Eastern) – for investigators
• September 24, 2026 at 1:00 pm (Eastern) – for decision-makers

Both sessions will be held via Zoom and recorded.

Cost: Access to all three trainings — last month's refresher and the two September sessions — along with recordings of each, is $150 per school, covering unlimited attendees from your school. This fee applies whether your school attended last month's refresher or is registering for the first time.

If your school already registered (and paid) for last month's refresher training, you do not need to register again. You will be automatically enrolled in both September sessions and will receive all three recordings at no additional cost.

If your school is registering for the first time, registering for either September session will also give you access to the recording of last month's refresher training, as part of the $150 fee.

As a reminder, Title IX regulations require every charter school to provide regular training and to post that training on the school's website. We are offering these sessions in light of a recent uptick in OCR investigations that have specifically cited and enforced these requirements.
