The NCAPCS Annual Conference (typically held in July) is the premier gathering for NC charter school leaders. Each year, member schools are invited to participate in celebrations during National Charter School Week and National School Choice Week at no cost. In 2024, member schools attended the Charter School Fair in Concord for free -- non-members paid $150.

Through the NCAPCS Association Job Board, member schools post open positions for free for 90 days at a time with unlimited postings. NCAPCS also attends college career fairs statewide, distributing school contact information to prospective hires.
