Logan Martin | President, Skyline Strategies

Logan Martin is a results-driven strategist, founder of Skyline Strategies, and a rising force in Southeastern politics and public affairs. He leads one of the region’s most dynamic advocacy firms, helping clients—from startups to statewide coalitions—win at every level of government while shaping the narrative in media, policy, and business. Known for his deep political instincts, relentless work ethic, and sharp execution, Logan has built a firm that doesn’t just play the game, it changes it.

With more than a decade of experience navigating North Carolina politics and policy, Logan’s career began on U.S. Senator Thom Tillis’ inaugural campaign and quickly accelerated into senior roles advising top legislative leaders. As a key aide to House Majority Whip Rep. Jon Hardister and later as Campaign Manager and Policy Advisor to Senior Appropriations Chair Rep. Nelson Dollar, Logan helped craft state budgets and drive reforms in healthcare, education, pensions, and the judiciary.

Before launching Skyline, Logan led legislative efforts for a statewide provider association, advancing major reforms in foster care, mental health, developmental disabilities, and substance use policy, issues he remains deeply committed to.

Today, Logan leads a team known for precision, hustle, and strategic execution. Under his leadership, Skyline Strategies has expanded beyond traditional lobbying to offer a full suite of services, including strategic communications, business development, and multi-state advocacy, for clients ranging from emerging startups to national trade associations.

Logan is a 2024 E.A. Morris Fellow and graduate of the Leadership Institute and a 2014 graduate of the Institute of Political Leadership. He lives in Clayton with his wife and daughter.
