Middle school can be tough. Beyond the difficulties that naturally arise in adolescence, data shows youth, especially middle schoolers, are struggling with mental health. Active Minds has developed a free program to increase knowledge and skills, while changing attitudes and cultures around mental health. Come learn about this and other FREE interactive, evidence-informed programs! Encouraged by data that shows how supporting mental well-being can reduce the ripple effect of mental health challenges, Active Minds knows that with the right tools, resources, supportive adults, and youth leadership, together we can mobilize to improve a list of health and academic outcomes! REGISTER HERE!
